Mr. Emmanuel E. Boone, Jr., age 47 of Roanoke Rapids, NC, peacefully departed this life on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids, NC.
Emmanuel, a son of Carol J. Smith Boone and the late Emmanuel E. Boone, Sr., was born July 13, 1968 in Brooklyn, NY.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Cofield Mortuary.
A Celebration Honoring the Life and Spirit of Mr. Emmanuel E. Boone, Jr. will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Weldon High School Gymnasium with Rev. Danny B. Jones, Sr. giving words of comfort.
Mr. Boone will be laid to rest in the Smith Memorial Cemetery (at the Smith Homestead-Reeses Store Road), Halifax, NC
