Lois Ann Gibson Aydlett

Lois was born May 25, 1961 in Halifax County to Jack Gibson and the late Joann Johnson Gibson. She was a loving woman and everybody loved her. She adored her family and loved the beach at Kill Devil Hills. Lois could never say no to anyone.

Lois is survived by her soulmate of 13 1/2 years: Joe Beasley of Jackson; her father: Jack Gibson and his wife Daphne; her son: Tony Wayne Aydlett and his girlfriend Jessica Fuller; his brothers and sisters: Linda Byrum and her husband Thellie, Cleve Gibson and his ex-wife Sheri and Susan Morris and her husband Albert all of Roanoke Rapids; her grandchildren: Preston Aydlett and Landen Fuller; her nephew and nieces: J.C. Gibson, Kayleigh Harris, Alyssa Gibson, Christina Fowler and Michelle Barefoot; her aunt: Lena Ricks and a special friend Ruby Conner.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:30 – 8:30 P.M. at Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service and other times at the home of her sister Linda Byrum, 297 Keener Drive, Roanoke Rapids.
